Scotland - Fife to Edinburgh

It was not easy getting a park in Edinburgh but we eventually found one within walking distance of the main historical buildings. This Baroque building is the head office of the Bank of Scotland sitting above Princes Street Gardens. Built in 1806, it is an impressive sight. The central copper clad dome, added later, was inspired by the dome of Karlskirche in Vienna.
